We are looking for a warm and friendly individual to immediately greet to guests at the door. Must be polite and courteous.  This candidate will be the hub of the business, directing traffic to allow customers to have a great experience. You only have one first impression, so it needs to be great!


  • Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of specials for the day.
  • For first-time patrons, you will need to be able to give them a tour of the establishment, and tell them our story.
  • All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guests’ expectations. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a wait-list when needed.
  • Maintain an accurate reservation log.
  • Observes tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables. 
  • Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area. 
  • Answers phone in a polite and energetic manner.
  • Interacts with guests upon arrival and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience. 
  • Update seating chart regularly.
  • Other duties based on business needs.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management, servers, team members, and guests). 
  • Must be well dressed in accordance with Company guidelines. 
  • Ability to coordinate with all departments in the restaurant.
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Able to handle multiple duties at once.
